Evaluation and Assessment
You will receive an email with instructions and a link to an online evaluation and assessment on the last day of class. You will have 10 days to submit the completed online evaluation and assessment from your home or office or other stable internet environment. To receive credit for this elective of the MCR Program Series, you must receive a passing score of 80% or better. Testing is not a part of the SLCR Certificate Program; however, candidates are required to complete the evaluation to get credit for the seminar in the series. Your feedback is vital to helping us improve and broaden the program series and we can’t do this without your participation in telling us what was of value to you.
Maintaining the MCR Designation
MCR designees are required to earn 50 continuing professional development (CPD) credits over a three-year cycle to maintain the designation. By participating in this event, an MCR designee will receive 16 credits.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event.
1. You may send a substitute, transfer to another seminar, or request a credit voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue, at no additional charge. Note that if you purchased the seminar at the member rate and your substitute is a non member, the incremental difference will be applied.
2. To receive a tuition refund less US$150 service fee, please give 14 days notice of cancellation in writing. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days notice, registration fees are non-refundable.
3. If you do not attend and do not provide written notice of cancellation, seminar registration and fees are forfeited.
